Medina Community Hospital Additions & Renovations

Master development plan and construction for complete renovation to the existing hospital. The work spanned two years and consisted of three major phases and 10 intermediate phases. The project phasing strategy allowed for complete hospital operation during the project. During early stages of development, the master plan and feasibility study procured USDA financing for the entire project.
