Mckenna Memorial Hospital

Now Christus Santa Rosa, the additions & renovations project consisted of the dietary, radiology, nuclear medicine, and materials management departments. Work included moving major mechanical and electrical systems for use of valuable space for installation of a new MRI unit, new gamma camera rooms, and total renovation to the kitchen and dining facilities. Other renovated areas included a new information systems area and sitework to create a heliport and add additional parking.

  • Level 1 & 2 nursery addition
  • OR HVAC renovation
  • PM for 30,000 sf rehabilitation facility
  • Fourth floor renovation for rehab nursing unit with physical therapy
  • Master plan & concepts for 34,000 sf specialty hospital & 26,000 sf MOB
